Shipping and Returns

Estimated shipping delivery times

• USA: 2–­6 business days
• Canada: 7–21 business days
• World: 14­–21 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 2 days of ordering. All t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other apparel are fulfilled by a third-party and may take additional time to create and ship. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 weeks for these items.

International shipping fees

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived

If your order didn’t arrive, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, contact us, and make sure you include your order number. We’ll do our best to track down your order and get your items to you.

Returns

Damaged items

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo within two week of the item’s delivery. If damaged, we will pay for the return shipping (if applicable) and we will either replace the item or give you a full refund.

Wrong size

If you’re unhappy with the size you received, please let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

Other Returns

For all other returns, including within the EU’s 14-day Cooling-Off period, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us.
