Supercharge your Apple II, II+, or IIe with the Saturn 128K Reboot RAM card, designed and assembled by David Mutimer. We’ve imported these cards all the way from Australia, and are offering them at David’s standard price of $40 plus shipping.
The Saturn 128 Reboot card provides 128Kb of RAM for any Apple II, II+, or IIe (original or enhanced). The Saturn is compatible with software designed to run with Apple’s Language Card (PASCAL, FORTRAN, LISA ver 2, etc.) as well as Microsoft’s RamCard and Z80 Softcard (CP/M, COBOL—80, FORTRAN—80, etc.). The board consists of eight 16K banks of memory, accessed one at a time. The first of these 16K banks is controlled through software in exactly the same manner as Apple’s Language Card and other 16K memory cards. As a result, existing software designed to run with the 16K memory boards and Apple Language Card will operate on the Saturn 128K board without modification. Software such as Locksmith and Disk Muncher will automatically recognize the Saturn card and use the full 128K.
The Saturn 128 card is typically installed in slot 0 but can be installed in any available slot depending upon whether your system already has a Language or memory card. See the user manual below for details on installation and usage.
Note: the Saturn 128 is not compatible with the Apple IIGS.
Note: Due to high demand, there is a limit of one per customer.
